Common Issues & Solutions

My casting did not set properly

This is usually caused by incorrect water temperature or ratio. Use lukewarm water and follow the measurements in your instruction booklet exactly. If the issue persists, contact us and we will help you troubleshoot.

The mould cracked during removal

Ensure you wait the full setting time before removing your hands. Gently wiggle your fingers to loosen the mould rather than pulling straight out.

I have not received my order

Please check your tracking link sent via email or SMS. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, contact us with your order number.
